SureSmile takes a 3D scan of your teeth and lets Dr. Cochran plan the finished result digitally. The wires are then manufactured to match that plan.
Conventional treatment relies on adjusting a standard wire visit by visit. SureSmile front-loads that thinking, which generally means fewer surprises and less time spent correcting course later.

Common questions
Is SureSmile the same as Invisalign?
No. SureSmile is a digital planning and manufacturing system that can drive either custom wires for braces or clear aligners. Invisalign is a clear aligner brand. We offer both.
Does SureSmile shorten treatment?
It can reduce the amount of correction needed later in treatment. How much difference that makes depends on the case, and we will not promise a number we cannot stand behind.
Does it cost more?
