I have been going to Cochran Orthodontics for the past 3 years and I honestly believe it was one of the best decisions in my life. Dr. Cochran is very experienced and is very patient. This is the only place I found that offered incognito braces, here in San Antonio. Ashley is my favorite, she is consistent, experienced and a very happy person. They do a really good job at working with my work and school schedule for my following appointments. For the past 3 plus years, I have yet to have anything negative happen. The employees are all nice, very welcoming and very understanding. They go the extra mile, I even received a gift card to Sonic for my birthday :) last year. Dr. Cochran is very passionate about his work and truly cares about his customers.

My daughter and I visited Cochran Orthodontics, SE Military Dr. location, for a free consultation today, 07/31/25. Our visit was perfect from start to finish! What does that look like? I'm glad you asked. Abby, at the front desk, greeted us with a smile, checked my daughter in, and ensured us that someone would be with us shortly (we waited just a few minutes). She also offered us beverages and informed us of where the restroom was in case we needed it. Patrice, the Practice Manager, collected my daughter from the front to take x-rays/pictures, while I relaxed in the waiting room.

Cochran Orthodontics was the first place I went to when searching for adult braces and I'm so glad I chose them. Robin and Ashley are truly wonderful RDA's and every visit has been fast and pleasant. I love how everytime me and my daughter walk in we are greated with respect and smiling faces. Both Ashleys are great with my daughter, they talk to her and it puts her at ease when having something done. Best of all they answer any questions my daughter has, they don't seem bothered by it. If an emergency occurs Dr. Devin Cochran will answer you no matter if it the weekend. Overall Awesome team, I highly recommend them

Ashley is the best at Cochran Orthodontics. Ashley provides great customer service and is easy to get a long with. Dr. Cochran is very patient and is willing to work with everyone's individuals needs. Near the end of my treatment I didn't like how a certain tooth was shifting and Dr. Cochran made a tweaks to it every time until I was satisfied. After almost one year with my braces off I noticed a small shift in my bottom teeth. I made an appointment and Dr. Cochran retreated me at no additional cost and after 2 months I was once again satisfied with Dr. Cochran work. I would recommend everyone needing braces to come and visit Cochran Orthodontics. If you don't want traditional braces Cochran Orthodontics also offer incognito braces which I love!!! it's one of the few places that offer incognito braces. Cochran Orthodontics also offer a payment plan and the staff is amazing! I'm glad I chose Cochran Orthodontics. My friends, family, and random people come up to me and tell me what a beautiful smile I have and it's all thanks to Dr. Cochran.

Cochran Orthodontics has been fantastic. From the initial visit, to the flexible payment plans, to the quality of care, they have exceeded our expectations. Dr Cochran and his staff are the best and I feel fortunate that I chose them for my adult orthodontic work. He was my first consultation but after seeing him and being treated so well by him and the staff, I felt no need to go anywhere else. I have a narrow and slightly recessed jaw that would require surgery to completely address, which at my age of 33 I did not think worth it. I also have a lower molar implant. Even with those limitations he managed a noticeable widening of my arches and excellent results. I struggle with neurodivergence and depression/GAD, which sometimes resulted in less than ideal hygeine, and at the end of treatment caused some dysphoria and anxiety about my results. Dr. Cochran and his staff did not once shame me or make me feel bad about it. Instead, they were patient and understanding, accomodating me within reason. I will recommend the practice to anyone who asks or will listen.

My daughter just got braces yesterday and she is writing this review: I had a great experience. The dental assistant was so nice and made me feel comfortable. She let me know what to expect. And as the parent I want to add that the office staff is wonderful to work with. The pricing is reasonable. They did not pressure or try to add more expenses. Dr. Cochran made us all feel at ease.
